BRICS Innovation (Beijing) International Education and Technology Co., Ltd. is the main operating unit of the secretariat of the BRICS Association for Trade Promotion and Education and Technology (China). The organization is headquartered in Cote d'Ivoire (diplomatic code 491) and has been officially registered and has an office in the United Nations. The WOET is also a member of the United Nations Economic and Social Council and has ambassadorial level representative offices in international regional organizations such as the European Union, African Union, and Arab League.
