In order to promote the transformation of the results of China-Africa and BRICS Vocational Skills Competition, speed up and improve the formulation of standards for competition groups, and further promote and apply them in the scope of vocational education in China-Africa and BRICS countries. 2. Basic conditions for participating in the standard drafting work unit
1. The units participating in the drafting of standards should come from the professional production and use of units, colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, testing institutions, certification and accreditation and other industry units, which are legally operated and have high social influence and reputation in the industry, and attach importance to standardization work;
2. Responsible for the quality and content of the drafted standards to ensure that the drafting of standards is completed on time.
3. Basic requirements for participating in the standard drafting working group
1. Members of the standard drafting working group should be familiar with and enthusiastic about the standardization work in the industry, have rich practical experience and high professional literacy and theoretical level, can put forward constructive opinions and suggestions for the drafting of standards, have intermediate or above (including intermediate) professional and technical titles or have more than 5 years of relevant standards work experience;
2. Members of the standard drafting working group should be able to participate in the whole standard drafting work, and it is not appropriate to change people in the middle; Without special circumstances, the members of the working group should be able to complete the meeting of the standard drafting working group and the assigned tasks on time, including various activities related to the standard drafting;
3. Members of the standard drafting working group should be able to share the actual technical parameters and indicators related to the standard, so as to provide references for the drafting of the standard.
4. Units and drafters participating in the drafting of standards shall enjoy the following rights
1. In the preamble to the standards, the names of the units participating in the drafting work shall be included;
2. In the preamble to the standard, include the names of the persons involved in its drafting.
